Laura Schlessinger announces her "stage production which will be on movie screens across the country" and 6 days later there is a stabbing in a movie theatre not far from her Campanil estate. SHOCKING! Using the Schlessinger statistic and prophetic system, this is certainly connected. Who can interpret the esoteric meaning behind these seemingly unrelated events? Pip Pip or "The Investigator"?

Schlessinger is a dark mischievious figure leaving much to rumor and conspiracy theorists. Her sudden odd abandonment from the Santa Barbara News-Press sets local tongues to wag. Wendy McCaw's spook, Robert Eringer ["The Investigator"] is a contender for the once beloved A2 spot. At least, he could be investigating a few of the long lists of Schlessinger dirty deeds and coverups. It's entirely possible she's been taken hostage by a more sinister force! Implanted with a chip and brainwashed again. To pop up over and over masked in sugar while renewed with "vampire" evil. She is definitely not the Laura Schlessinger of before. She continues the lies but with more nauseating saccharin. For awhile it seemed Wendy was a success at keeping her on a short leash. Now we wonder if the short leash is from another source. Is she slowly fading away into career ending buffoonary? The crazy charlatan that could never make amends and who suddenly abandons the radio hype, too? No, she can't do that, she'd be sued. She can only abandon family, foundations, religions and columns. She's tied and bound to doing that radio entertainer "doctor"act in Santa Barbara. Where she is "loved" for a political agenda and can buy "friends", adding the "I’m a licensed psychotherapist (MFT)" on her blog [Kids and Questions About the Tough Stuff, December 8, 2008]...
as if she maintained her license.
She preaches business ethics. Show us or shut up, in reality she is a loser at ethics when she claims to have a license she doesn't present for verification.
Why would any advertiser have her?

A staff exodus at the Santa Barbara News-Press turned a spotlight on the paper's owner, Wendy McCaw. Michael Shnayerson tracks the wealthy divorcée's coverage of an enclave where Rob Lowe's war with his neighbors counts as news.

Laura buys off her family, for money or sex? Many have mentioned Lew and Laura's symbiosis.

What I'm most curious about is Wendy McCaw and her loyalty and attraction to these slimy questionable characters.

She calls herself Dr. Laura. But, according to the California Board of Behavioral Science Examiners, Nobody is allowed to use 'Doctor' unless they are a medical doctor or...a professor in the psychological field with a clinical license.
Schlessinger has a PhD, but it isn't in psychology --- it's in physiology. Her doctorate was entitled Effects of Insulin on 3-0 Methylglucose Transport in Isolated Rat Adipocytes. According to one of her professors, she spent most of her doctoral training time "pulling fat pads off rat testicles."

I don't go around passing myself off as a medical doctor or a physicist or a shrink, it's not the area of my doctorate. Attaching "Dr." in close proximity to a discussion of her counseling advice intimates that it is backed up by some sort of intensive, formal academic training. It's the same trick as Bush making sure to put 9/11 and Iraq in the same sentence; the content of his words might not suggest a link, but the proximity is intended to leave that impression in readers minds.

Seriously, though, I think I was heading the gym teacher route because physiology is the process of how the body works, etc.

In my hospital, the only people allowed to be referred to as "doctor" are MD's and PhD psychologists. This is to avoid the patients and families getting confused. So, even though many of our physical therapists have PhD's in their field, they are not allowed to be called "Dr." because it would be misleading. But then, "misleading" is what "Dr." Laura is all about.
